A New Emergency-Risk-Evaluation Approach under Spherical Fuzzy-Information Environments

When major emergencies or accidents occur, risk evaluation and prediction are the most important means to reduce their impact. Typical uses failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) method for failure-risk ranking control. However, when faced with severe special infectious diseases such as COVID-19, there many cognitive information uncertainties that FMEA is unable effectively handle. To deal issue of this paper integrated risk-priority number spherical fuzzy-sets methods propose a novel emergency-risk-evaluation method. In numerical verification, applied example preventing secondary COVID-19 transmissions in hospitals explain calculation procedure validity proposed new approach. The results were also compared typical RPN, fuzzy-set, intuitionistic fuzzy-set methods. showed approach could handle informational issues during pandemic.
